The
out of the ordinary living area is equipped with a high-tech
home theatre system, which includes satellite television.
Sundowners can be enjoyed from here, either in front of a
crackling fire in the decidedly mild Cape Town winters, or
with the sliding doors wide open to catch the smell of fresh
salty air. Ultra modern furniture is aesthetically pleasing
as well as providing comfortable seating for those wanting
to relax in style. The entire house can be warmed by under-floor
heating, which makes this the ideal spot in winter and summer. |

is the sparkling salt water rim pool which reflects
the views all around. This is flanked by a timber deck
from where one can sunbake or watch the paragliders
glide down from Lion's Head.

sliding doors whilst enjoying breakfast in bed and be invigorated
by the fresh morning sea air.
Upstairs
are the twin rooms, both en-suite, one of which leads out
into the entertainment area. All the rooms are air-conditioned
and equipped with a dressing table and stool. |
